Pre-order & Backorder Policy

We’re excited to offer pre-orders and backorders on select SARAKI LLC items so you can reserve your favorite pieces before they officially launch or restock.

Definitions

• Pre-order: Items available for purchase before they are officially released.

• Backorder: Items temporarily out of stock but expected to be restocked soon.

Fulfillment Time

• Estimated shipping times for pre-order/backorder items will be provided on the product page.

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, the full order may ship together once all items are available.

Payment for Pre-orders/Backorders

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering, even if the item is not yet in stock.

• Orders are reserved only after successful payment processing.

Cancellations

• You may cancel a pre-order or backorder within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

• After 48 hours, all sales are considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.
